Boeing - B737-700 - Narrow body Series of Aircraft
Celerity Asset Management specializes in Boeing 737-NG aircraft, targeting the acquisition of B737-700 mid- to late-life aircraft, with few exceptions
B737-700 Series : The B737-700 is a midsize-fuselage member of B737-NG Family featuring seats arranged on a single aisle permitting up to six-abreast seating in a cabin below four meters (13 ft) of width.. The aircraft shares the same cockpit and utilizes common flight controls and cabin management systems as other aircraft in the B737-NG class. This consistency makes life easier for pilots and cabin crew and allows them to focus on looking after passengers. Cockpit commonality reduces training, maintenance costs and maximize parts interoperability. The Typical B737-700 seating arrangement is 126 to 149 passengers, with a maximum capacity of up to 160 travelers. The 737-700BCF can transport up to 21.0t of cargo. The volume limit payload capacity of the aircraft is 16.80t.

The Boeing 737 and the Airbus A320 families have long been considered the workhorses of the global aviation sector. Airbus now holds 68 per cent share in the narrow-body aircraft market, off the back of Boeing’s 737 MAX crisis. During the peak production of the Boeing 737 NG and the Airbus ceo family, the market was split 50% / 50% between all aircraft variants of each family of aircraft.
Over 1150 Boeing aircraft B737-700 NG have been produced as of 2018. The aircraft was built in passenger, cargo convertible, extended range, military and business configurations. Solid interest exists in an aftermarket cargo variation. An estimated 426 B737-700NGs are still in operation.
